1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering a SIP device, or using our telecommunication services (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
- We provide Voice over IP (VoIP) telecommunication services via SIP registration.
- The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted connection or flawless voice quality.
- Emergency calling (e.g., 911, 112) is not supported or guaranteed via this SIP service. You must use a traditional landline or mobile phone for emergency calls.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SIP credentials (username and password).
- You are liable for all calls placed through your account, authorized or unauthorized.
4. Prepaid Billing and Refund Policy
- Prepay Model: Services are prepaid. You must maintain a positive balance to make calls.
- Auto-Top Up: If configured, your payment method will be charged automatically when the balance falls below a set threshold.
- Expiration: Unused balances may expire after twelve (12) months of account inactivity.
- Refunds: Prepaid balances are non-refundable except where required by local law.
5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the SIP service for:
- Illegal robocalling, telemarketing fraud, or spamming.
- Automated continuous dialing (predictive dialers without human agents) unless explicitly permitted by a separate enterprise agreement.
- Spoofing caller ID information with malicious intent.
- Any activity that disrupts or degrades our network infrastructure.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your SIP registration and account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or exhibit unusual traffic patterns indicative of fraud.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
