- Account Information: Name, email address, billing address, and payment details.
- Technical SIP Data: IP addresses used for registration, device type, and port numbers.
- Call Detail Records (CDRs): Source number, destination number, call duration, timestamp, and call quality metrics.
Note: We do not record or store the audio content of your phone calls.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To authenticate your SIP dialer and route phone calls.
- To process prepaid transactions and manage account balances.
- To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud, hacking attempts, or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g., lawful interception requests by authorities).
3. Data Retention
- CDRs: Kept for billing and fraud prevention purposes, typically retained for a period of six (6) to twelve (12) months, depending on statutory telecommunication laws.
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with financial auditing regulations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share information with:
- Upstream telecommunication carriers to route your international/local calls.
- Payment gateways to process your prepaid deposits.
- Law enforcement agencies if required by a valid legal subpoena or court order.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard TLS encryption for SIP signaling (SIPS) and SRTP for audio where supported. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
