- No. Origin Voice cannot be used for emergency calls and is not a replacement for your phone.
- Can people call me back?
- Yes. As an active customer you get your own Origin Voice number. When you are online on your phone, computer or SIP device, incoming calls reach you directly — and incoming calls to your Origin Voice number cost you nothing extra.
- What happens if I am offline?
- Your free voicemail box takes the call and lets you know. To listen to a message, dial #*99# in your Softphone App. Voicemail messages are available for 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
